How to create an ingredient CSV file-SCPN notification

On 27 March 2023, the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS), informed the registered users of the Submit Cosmetic Products Notifications (SCPN) portal, to upload ingredients by CSV file when submitting product notifications.
