Children’s exposure to Methyl Salicylate: Preliminary SCCS Scientific Advice-Submission II

On 16 May 2023, the SCCS published the preliminary scientific advice on the safety of children’s exposure to Methyl Salicylate (methyl 2-hydroxybenzoate, CAS/EC No. 119-36-8/204-317-7) as used in cosmetic products. The deadline for comments was set for 19 June 2023.
