Following the draft French Decree issued in November 2022, which established a list of products for which bulk sale is prohibited for public health reasons, French Decree No. 2023-837 has just been published. The Decree contains a list of products for which bulk sale is authorized under certain conditions or is prohibited for public health reasons. Notably, cosmetic products are included in the list of items that may only be sold in bulk under specific conditions.
