The European Commission has published the draft document for the 23rd Adaptation to Technical Progress (ATP) to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 on the classification, labelling, and packaging of substances and mixtures (the CLP Regulation).
The Annex to the document lists the substances for which RAC adopted an opinion in 2023 on the harmonised classification of certain substances. The document includes the proposed entries in Annex VI to CLP with a modified or new harmonised classification.
