Industry calls on the Council of the European Union to establish a certain and pragmatic framework under the Green Claims Directive

On 3 June 2024, ahead of the adoption of the provisional agreement on the Green Claims Directive by the Council of the EU later that month, Cosmetics Europe together with 11 other industry associations called on Member States to focus on creating a practical and effective regulatory framework.
