The European Chemical Agency (ECHA) announced that it has received two proposals for harmonised classification and labelling (CLH) for cosmetic substances: Aminomethyl Propanol (pH regulator) and Bronopol (preservative). If the classification process is completed, the use of these substances in cosmetic products may be threatened.
