The European Directorate for the Quality of Medicines & HealthCare, Council of Europe published the 2nd edition of the “Safe Cosmetics for Young Children” Guide (2023). It provides manufacturers and safety assessors with the most recent, science-based guidelines for the safety evaluation of cosmetic products intended for children under the age of three.
