Cosmetics Europe has signed a letter together with other trade associations warning on the possible disproportional consequences of a ban on environmental claims on products including cosmetics that contain certain substances. The ban could lead to hindering innovation, progress in sustainability and would even contradict the European Green Deal objectives of promoting sustainable products.
