Draft EU Regulation notified to the WTO for the use of Vitamin A, Arbutin, Alpha-Arbutin, and certain substances with potential endocrine-disrupting properties

On 8 June 2023,  the European Commission notified the WTO of a draft amendment to the Cosmetic Regulation. The publication is amending Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and the Council as regards the use of  Vitamin A compounds, Arbutin, Alpha-Arbutin, Triclosan, Triclocarban, Kojic Acid, Daidzein, Genistein, and 4-Methylbenzylidene Camphor.
