On 13 October 2022, the European Commission started a consultation on the draft amendment of Annex XVII to the REACH Regulation regarding substances recently classified as CMR by the 18th ATP (Adaptation to Technical and Scientific Progress) of the CLP Regulation. This draft act is open for feedback for 4 weeks. Feedback will be taken into account for finalising this initiative.
